Agreed on s2! I didn't quite see that coming... I mean, I was pleased by the way the events were being stitched together into a fluid whole (at the end of the s1 plotline, we see the skeleton under the house), but I didn't realize that was basically a mission statement for the show as a whole, that the characters' growth and emotions and layers would ALSO be a fluid, ongoing whole. They are affected by what happened to them and what they did! Sooooo gooooood.

It doesn't seem like anyone has offered to write it so far, so it probably won't happen this yuletide. But oh well...given more time, maybe I will eventually feel ready to take a crack at it. I'm a slow learner, but you never know!
