Man...I juuust have some new people checking out my journal and whatnot, and I go all Radio Silence. Sorry about that. I wanted to poke my bedhead above the surface and let you know that I've been sick, and my energy is only now creeping back to me. (Just in time to have to go back to work. But there are physical objects that need things done to them, in order for other people to have them in time, and I guess this illustrates why they really needed to hire me, which is nice... I only wish I could return to the treadmill a little more gingerly, is all. It doesn't take much at the moment to wipe me out.)

It's not that I'm ordinarily a postin' fiend. But if I had the energy and all my coughing muscles weren't about to cramp up entirely and fall off, I would definitely have some things to say about:

* Person of Interest cliffhanger episode! (SQUEE MY FACE IS MADE OF SPARKLY HEARTS.)

* Haven scheduling concerns!

* Yuletide bears!

* TJ and Amal!

And stuff.

I'll be clawing my way back onto the Internet eventually, and you'll be hearing from me in comments or posts or what-have-you, so don't think I'm not out here listening. And coughing. But right now, mostly listening.

Aha! You're the one who recced TJ and Amal--thank you. I absolutely devoured it Saturday afternoon and immediately recced it myself. It's gorgeous and clever, and the boys stole my heart before I knew what was happening.

We know, of course, that Reese will find some way out of his current predicament. He'll live.

Right up until Finch kills him for being such a dumbass and trying to rob a bank in the first place. When he had, you know, Finch's hacking skills at his disposal, and could easily have taken down the Bad Banker Dude in far less dangerous/explosive fashion and not been caught in the process. Finch. Is going. To kill him.

And I can't wait. :-D

Oh, wasn't that POI cliffhanger episode terrific? I'm torn, though, between watching it again (oh, so many brilliant moment!), and not watching it again (oh, so long to wait!). *g*

I'm improving every day. The remains of the coughing can be tiresome, but not really a problem.

You could have a POI cliffhanger marathon! Watch every cliffhanger in a row, without the followup episodes. :D Oh, the suspense.

As for "Haven," co-star Eric Balfour told his followers Syfy will hold this past Friday's episode ("Reunion") as well as this coming Friday's planned season finale ("Thanks For The Memories") until next year, when they'll air as part of a two-hour event on Thursday, January 17 at 8:00/7:00c.

While an unorthodox ending to its third season, Syfy renewed the series last month for another 13 episodes.

I honestly like getting to wait and having a special two-hour finale extravaganza! The moaning on Tumblr, however, was getting to be a little much for me. (Note to self: do not look at the moaning on Tumblr.)
