Date: 2014-09-07 12:09 am (UTC)It's just a little battery-operated dealio from the drugstore, with interchangeable heads. Intended for trimming things like eyebrows, nose hair, etc. Since I had to use it without my glasses... annnnnd I can't see well at without my glasses... it was like a completely predictable sitcom moment.
I do believe I'll be switching from my frameless glasses to the ones with frames for this coming workweek. Hopefully at least a little camouflagey.

Date: 2014-09-08 02:44 am (UTC)We used to have a toy at home, what was it what was it... ah here it is! HUGO: MAN OF A THOUSAND FACES. He was this puppet with a bald plastic/vinyl (?) head, and he came with a bunch of accessories you could stick on him, or you could use makeup (ASK ME HOW I KNOW). Hugo would know exactly how best to exploit the movable eyebrow possibilities!
